The Lucas -140 Shawmut Street

The Lucas is the newest construction condominium building in Boston’s South End, expected to be completed in Spring of 2017. Designed by Finegold Alexander Architects, along with New Boston Ventures, The Lucas is a transformation of the former 1874 German Trinity Catholic Church. Now a boutique, 8 story condo building with 33 luxury residences, The Lucas is hands down one of the most unique spaces in the city.

The newly designed units will offer exterior decks, gas fireplaces, high ceilings, and garage parking. The building amenities include concierge services, a gym, lounge, a common courtyard, pet spa, and integrated high-tech home systems. In total, 80,000 square feet will be developed.
